ABF-LAB is an office of architects and engineers founded in 2011 and located in Paris/ France .It’s a creative laboratory of new ideas and practices ensuring the fundamental link between architecture and engineering from the first moments of the project. ABF-LAB integrates into its architectural design engineering and simulation tools for the confrontation of arts, science and technology, necessary for creative and constructive alchemy.
Our approach is guided by reflections on the scarcity of resources, the historical, cultural and climatic context of the sites where we operate. Our work is focused on comfortable spaces, limitation of energy consumption and local construction techniques. Our desire to build bridges between architecture and engineering comes from the heterogeneity of the profiles that make up the point. Its complementarities and its multidisciplinary, ABF-LAB offers a comprehensive and unique perspective in all phases of the project.
